The Practice Nursing will provide and deliver a high standard of nursing care. The Practice Nurse will safely meet the patients needs to include; undertaking routine procedures including measuring and interpreting blood glucose levels, recording and interpreting vital signs, wound care, adult and childhood immunisations, smear tests and various LTC checks and reviews. We are seeking someone who is positive, enthusiastic and experienced with good team working skills and flexibility.
