We are looking to recruit a motivated, enthusiastic, and clinically capable nurse to join our team on the 22-bedded Boscawen Ward at Falmouth Community Hospital. The Staff Nurse role requires the post holder to be committed to the ongoing development of the ward and multi-disciplinary team working. We aim to deliver the highest standard of care to all our patients. This includes rehabilitative care, end of life care, and a weekly alcohol detox patient. The ideal applicant will possess a good level of organisational and communication skills. Discharge planning experience and relevant clinical skills desirable, but training will be provided. The shifts are day duties from 07:30 - 20:00, or 07.30-15:30 and 12:00- 20:00. Night shifts are19:30 - 08:00. These shifts are on a rotational basis to support 24-hour nursing care, 7 days per week.
