What to expect
First, we'll enable your camera & microphone and then ask you to record a short introduction about yourself, about 30 seconds long, to make sure your camera is working ok.

Then, we'll ask you to answer one or more questions of your choice from the list below:

2. What do you believe are the most important qualities for a Carer to possess, and why?
3. You mentioned that you have at least 6 months of experience in paid care work. Can you describe some of your previous roles and responsibilities?
4. How do you handle challenging behaviour from clients? Can you provide an example?
5. What specific training or qualifications do you have related to care work?
6. How do you ensure that you are providing holistic care that focuses on the individual needs of clients?
7. Can you share an experience where you went above and beyond to make a client feel special or valued?
8. How do you approach working as part of a team, especially when there are disagreements or conflicts?
9. This role requires flexibility in your working hours. How do you manage your time effectively to accommodate varying schedules?
10. The company values honesty and integrity. Can you provide an example of a situation where these values played a crucial role in your work?
11. How do you maintain a positive attitude, especially during difficult or stressful situations in care work?
12. What aspects of working in care do you find most rewarding?
13. How do you define success in your role as a Carer?
14. Are you comfortable driving and transporting clients in your vehicle, as the role requires daily access to a car?
15. How do you handle situations where you might need to adapt your care approach based on a client’s changing needs?
16. What do you know about TayCare At Home, and why do you feel you would be a good fit for our team?
