Forward Leeds supports people experiencing problems with substance use; and is one of the largest partnership consortiums in the country. The Addictions Plus service consists of, Consultant Psychiatrist, Consultant Psychologist, Clinical Psychologist, Speciality Doctors, Mental Health Nurses, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist, Social Workers, Non-Medical Prescribers, Specialist Midwives, Assistant Psychologist, a Support Service Coordinator and a team of Secretaries. This is a demanding role in a complex (and busy) multi-disciplinary team, primarily based at Tower Court though there may be a requirement to work at other sites across the city at short notice. Duties include - transcription/audio typing, meeting support/minute taking, diary management - across multiple systems. A high level of accuracy, and attention to detail, is essential. You will need exceptional communication skills as the role involves liaising with many stakeholders: a multi-disciplinary team, service users, managers, and professionals, both internal and external. You will need excellent IT skills and be proficient with all Microsoft Office packages, particularly excel. Working knowledge of in-house LYPFT systems such as Oracle (e-procurement), Learn, ESR, Healthroster, SystmOne and Care Director is desirable.The successful candidate should be able to work using their own self-initiative and as part of team and be able to manage and prioritise workload.
