We want great colleagues to join our expanding team. ED is a demanding but rewarding speciality and we all want to be able to work in a sustainable inclusive way. To attract the right candidate and support them to do a great job we are offering the following: 7 : 3 DCC : SPA job plan as standard. RCEM enhanced PA rates for out of hours DCC work. Self-Rostering and Annualised Job Plans We want to provide a supportive, inclusive environment to allow staff to deliver great care, provide great education and have a great work life balance. The Emergency Department has undergone a full refurbishment as part of our Emergency Village project. The Emergency Department includes separate facilities for children, with the Children's Emergency Department led by a Consultant Paediatrician with a sub-speciality in Paediatric Emergency Medicine. Additionally, we have a co-located SDEC, Co-located UTC and a frailty assessment unit that we have access to. We are supported onsite by access to the Regional Tertiary Cardiology & Cardiothoracic services which are located on this site. "}
