To effectively lead and deliver on the Healthy Child Programme (HCP) 0-5 (DH 2010) to improve outcomes for the children and families. Named responsibility and professional accountability for the management of a defined team caseload including the delegation of tasks to members of the team. To contribute to the Public Health Agenda, meet Public Health targets and reduce health inequalities. To actively lead teams both within Health Visiting and partner agencies. To work as part of a team to ensure that the services key performance indicators targets are achieved. To act as a role model and be professional at all times adhering to the current NMC Code of Conduct. To participate in nurse prescribing following NMC and local policy.
