The purpose of the Receptionist is to ensure that all tenants and visitors have a seamlessly smooth experience, taking care of their entire journey from the friendly welcome to the fond farewell. Duties of this varied role will include: Organising security access for visitors and building occupiers, switchboard and email management, and helping with onsite event management. The successful candidate will take ownership over a variety of queries, seeing them through to their successful resolution. They will assist the Front of House Manager with general project management and ad-hoc administration duties including creating statistics and reports, as well as promotional materials. Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday with rotating shifts between 7am-7pm Salary: £29,993 per annum , Qualifications Previous experience working within a customer facing role is essential, preferably in a corporate or high-end hotel setting. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are essential and the perfect candidate must be able to work well within a team as well as being comfortable to work alone.
