Working as part of the wider Communications and Engagement team, the Communications Assistant will be required to demonstrate a wide range of communications administration skills and be an exceptional team player. Lead on administrative tasks on behalf of the Communications and Engagement team. Support the Communications Team with the management of the Communications inbox – triaging enquiries and actioning requests when appropriate. To deal effectively with queries, some of them complex, ensuring a prompt, accurate and polite response, acting on own initiative and deciding appropriate action as necessary. Supporting the team to monitor media coverage, social media, contacts databases and distribution lists. Support with videography and photography.
