You’ll be a key worker for service users, managing care plans, assisting with personal care, and liaising with health professionals. Your role includes maintaining a high standard of the physical environment, monitoring nutritional needs, and handling emergencies. You should have or be willing to obtain an SVQ Level 3 in Social Care, and basic computer skills are required. Respect for Christian worship and facilitating service users’ participation in worship are essential.
