Lower Lea Valley Integrated Community Team are seeking motivated and enthusiastic Health Care Assistants to join our friendly and supportive. You will be working alongside our trained nursing and therapy staff assisting them in the day to day care and management of our patients to ensure they receive safe, high quality nursing care. As a health care assistant, you will work alongside our diverse team comprised of nurses, paramedics, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and technical instructors. We work to provide evidence based nursing care to patients in their own homes. Our service operates 8am – 10pm 365 days a year. We offer flexible working patterns and are happy to consider full or part time applicants. We offer fantastic development opportunities of our staff. In Lower Lea Valley Integrated Community team we have countless success stories of staff who have joined as a Health Care Assistant and gone on to complete the Nursing Associate training and Registered Nurse top up.
