We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic, motivated person who will provide secretarial support within the Neonatal Service within Children & Young People's Division based at Glan Clwyd. The successful candidate will have a good standard of education, excellent communication skills, be able to work on their own initiative and be efficient and organised with their own workload. The candidate should also have excellent keyboard skills and experience of Microsoft Office Package. The post holder will be expected to undertake a variety of duties within the role including covering the Neonatal ward clerk role when required. A good telephone manner essential. The ability to speak Welsh would be beneficial but is not essential. The post holder will be required to demonstrate a professional and sensitive manner and maintain confidentiality at all times. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply. "}
