You will assess and treat generalised MSK conditions including consultant, GP and staff referrals. The post holder will contribute to the 7 day roster. Grantham Hospital is one of eight national accredited Surgical Hubs. Our team is highly focussed on supporting your development and we work hard to ensure you receive 1:1 supervision, regular training/peer review/journal clubs and access to advice and support from our MSK team leads and our MSK clinical specialist physiotherapists. All physiotherapists benefit from protected CPD time, and there is also the opportunity to apply for external courses and training. To provide a high standard of Physiotherapy in the Musculoskeletal Outpatient service at Grantham Hospital including providing classes and clinics as each area requires. To perform more advanced and detailed assessments with patients presenting with more diverse and complex conditions, providing a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised specialist treatment programme. To hold own caseload and be responsible for a defined area of the service, working without direct supervision.
