We are looking for people who are also available to work day time shifts. WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING DAY TO DAY This role is varied with no two days being the same; one minute you could be on checkouts and the next minute, you could be meeting and greeting our customers, managing a queue, hosting trolleys, or assisting customers. • You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time. • Build loyalty by listening to our customers & using your knowledge of IKEA product range offer informed solutions. • You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience. • Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in the store while working with daily and weekly service targets to drive service delivery.
