This position may suit someone who has previous experience within the Security, Hospitality, Customer Service Industry, or anyone with the right attitude and personality looking to start a new career path. The successful candidate must be able to work as part of a team and be able to carry out specific instructions set by the client. Full training will be provided to successful candidates who don't hold an SIA license. We offer a competitive rate of pay and you will be entitled to 28 days holiday per annum, including bank holidays. Key Task/Experience Required Provide a professional first impression whist being responsive and detail oriented. Reception cover, as and when required. Ensure all visitors experience the full customer journey. Be seen as a visible customer focused professional by being proactive and greet visitors where possible. Visitor management using onsite task related systems. Ensure that the standards of presentation set by the client are always met. Undertake patrols and inspections in accordance with management instructions. Complete a full detailed handover at the end of each shift. Ensure that all H&S policies are adhered to. Maintaining an accurate record of any incidents that may occur. Schedule Monday to Friday 2 weeks early shift 05:15 - 13:15 followed by 2 weeks late shift 13:15 - 21:15 Skills/Experience Required Professional, flexible, enthusiastic, proactive, self-motivated team player. Is self-disciplined and can work independently using initiative. Previous experience in hospitality or a customer facing role. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact with people at all levels. Consistently well presented in line with company/client standards. Clear, concise, and confident communication and administration skills. Reliable with excellent time-management skills. Customer Care Awareness. Telephone and email etiquette Fully comprehensive 5-year work/education history. SIA License desirable but not essential. Training can be provided.
