In line with our outlook, we are now inviting applications to cover maternity leave in our Community Inpatient Units. York and Selby Community in-patient units The post holder will work within the York and Selby Community in-patient units as part of the Medicine Care group with the speciality of Community and Care of the Elderly Services. The aim and main function of the community in-patient unit bed base is to provide short term rehabilitation, reablement, recovery and end of life care to the patients. The post holder will work as part of the medical team providing acute medical assessment and intervention whilst working closely with the wider MDT, supporting admission from the Hospital and the community and timely patient discharges from the in-patient units.
