Previous experience is not required, however, a caring and understanding nature and a willingness to learn will stand you in good stead for this role. Role And Responsibilities Of a Care Support Worker Providing personal care support to the highest standard Moving and transferrin of residents Nightly cleaning tasks What benefits can we offer within our client as a Care Support Worker?
