Are you seeking a role in an innovative crisis team committed to excellence in young people's mental health care? Take your next step within our CAMHS Rapid Response team! Be part of a team that prioritizes communication, compassion, and collaboration to deliver mental health support for patients and their families. In this role, you'll conduct high-quality mental health assessments and deliver short-term interventions to young people in crisis. You'll collaborate with CAMHS services as well as local authorities, educational partners, and other key services. We've recently undergone an exciting transformation to further support the young people we work with. We now run a 24 service for our clients and your role will include evening and weekend shifts on a rotational basis. Shifts will be at Upton Hospital and Wexham Park Hospital. Our CAMHS Rapid Response team champion staff wellbeing and are committed to your professional growth and development. You'll work with a diverse range of clinicians with multi-disciplinary backgrounds and value the exceptional peer and management support. You'll have experience in mental health and complex needs within CAMHS or a crisis team, as at Band 7 you'll need the knowledge and ability to supervise shifts.
