Maintaining a tidy working reception. Record incoming post and deliveries including booking couriers. Process customer bookings and job:sheets for invoicing. Provide general office support, including filing, photocopying, and archiving. Coordinate sub:contractors for any maintenance Skills And Qualifications Experience working in a reception environment Good organisational skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Flexible and able to multitask Excellent telephone manner Strong communication skills with new and existing customers face to face Able to thrive in a busy working environment.
