Key Responsibilities Provide 1-1 support to students, helping them to engage with their learning and reach their goals. Assist in small class settings, working alongside teachers to deliver tailored support based on each student’s EHCP. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure that the care provided is consistent and effective in meeting the needs of the students.
