Job Description Being the face of this great team, our Welcome Hosts are thrusted into the limelight! Your main objective will be to take care of all the building’s tenants and their visitors, whilst ensuring that the highest standard of service is consistently provided. You will be based at the main Reception of the building with tasks such as issuing passes, handling queries and the general meeting and greeting of everyone passing through the Reception area. “Owning” the space with a reliable, flexible and honest approach, you will prove to be a strong advocate for Portico, the building and all tenants within. As you will be managing the visitor journey from the warm welcome, to the fond farewell, this role will give you the opportunity to use all your skills and expertise to build rapport. And in time, trust and strong, long-lasting relationships! The ideal candidate must have a passion for great customer service, so coming from a 5* hotel or corporate environment would be an advantage. Strong organisation and communication skills will also make you a front runner, as well as a warm and approachable manner. Hours: 40 Hours a week between 7-7 Salary: £ 28,611 Qualifications Ability to work indipendently and as a part of a team , organisational skills ,energy, focus and able to give and receive directions are essentials.
