The Director of Severn Pathology Services is managerially accountable for providing professional, operational, and strategic leadership to Severn Pathology Services which includes Blood Sciences, Cellular Pathology, Infection Sciences, and the South-west Genomics Laboratory Hub. The successful candidate will provide expert leadership in the delivery of comprehensive Pathology services, therefore we are looking for a strong, credible leader with significant leadership and management experience, who is able to effectively influence both internally and externally. The post holder will actively input and influence the provision and development of Pathology services acrossthe West of England Pathology Network.
