We would like to invite applicants for the role of a full-time Band 4 Directorate Administrator working Monday – Friday between the hours of 8am – 5pm. This is a fixed term position based in the University Dental Hospital. This post is fixed term/secondment for 12 months to meet the needs of the service. The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive Personal Assistant and Secretarial service to the Dental Senior Management Team. Working closely with the Directorate Team the successful candidate will play a vital role in acting as the first point of contact for the Dental Senior Management Team, dealing with correspondence and screening phone calls, enquiries and requests. Exceptional written and oral skills are required as well as the ability to multi-task. Good organisational and time management skills are also required. The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
