You would be joining a highly respected team of Speech & Language Therapists, Co-workers &Assistants working across three London Boroughs in a variety of settings. You will be leading a small Therapy Team of SaLT, OT &Physio at the Bromley Campus of the London South East Colleges (LSEC) group. The Therapy Team service has been developing over the last 10 years & is now contracted on a longer-term basis. The aim of the service is to support young people with SEND to access the college curriculum & prepare for adulthood. You will be working alongside other Band 7 SaLTs in the Directorate, supported by the Professional Lead, to develop & implement creative, evidence based & efficient approaches to service delivery. We have a robust supervision & PDR process & are keen to support continuing personal development.
