Strong assessment and intervention skills with a focus on recovery. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with service users and their families. A commitment to teamwork and collaboration within the MDT Most of all, someone who is values driven, passionate about Mental Health and keen to make a difference within our community. A key part of this role will be managing a varied caseload in the Short-Term Support team, ensuring a timely, safe, effective and responsive service delivery in line with the LWN Alliance \"three big outcomes\" for people living in Lambeth who experience mental distress: To recover and stay well To make their own choices To participate on an equal footing in daily life.
