The team is supported by two clinical team leads, a health care assistant and administrative staff. The post holder will independently manage and treat general community patients with a range of conditions, including those with chronic and gastroenterology conditions. The post holder may also take on a small caseload of young adults aged 16-18. Work will be clinic based, home visits and within care homes with opportunities for flexible and virtual working.
