We are looking to employ dynamic individuals with recognised qualifications and experience in minor illness and or experience working in Gp practice, which will also compliment our existing team of Gps and Health Care Support Worker's. Main duties will be to deliver an Out of Hours service minor illness assessment and treatment to cover Stamford Gp Out of hours and occasionally work at Spalding Urgent treatment centre. Stamford Gp Out of hours provides an appointment service from 7pm - 22.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00-22.00 at weekends and bank holidays. See, treat, manage , discharge and or refer patients of all age ranges to other LCHS services or partner services across Lincolnshire. Successful candidates will need to demonstrate that they are able to meet the essential criteria in the person specification and can provide evidence of experience in the treatment of minor illness and minor injury. It would be preferable for candidates to hold a non-medical prescribing qualification. We are looking for people who can demonstrate the right values and behaviours, and have excellent leadership and communications skills.
