We provide bespoke multidisciplinary programmes delivered in a variety of environments through an integrated therapy, education and mental health team. Our service is highly committed to young person and family centred care and adapting our approach to facilitate engagement. We share a collective vision to provide an excellent service. SLT interventions are delivered; at our therapy and education centre, in the community and in young peoples homes and schools. We work closely with the young people, their families and professional networks and our multidisciplinary team. We are looking for a team member with at least two years experience as a paediatric SLT working in the fields of autism, learning disabilities or social emotional and mental health. You will be HCPC registered. As part of MSAs multidisciplinary service, you will provide neurodivergence-informed SLT assessments and interventions and contribute to our multidisciplinary assessment process. Your work with individual young people is likely to link with and overlap the areas of expertise of other team members. It is essential that you are enthusiastic about developing your knowledge, skills and understanding through work with the young people and other professionals. You will need regular access to a car, as the post requires you to work throughout Hampshire, the IOW and surrounding counties. "}
