Staff are therefore not permitted to smoke on at any of the sites we operate from. 12. INFECTION CONTROL All post holders have a personal obligation to act to reduce healthcare-associated infections (HCAIs). They must attend mandatory training in Infection Control and be compliant with all measures required by the company to reduce HCAIs. All post holders must comply with HealthHarmonies infection screening and immunisation policies as well as be familiar with the Infection Control Policies, including those that apply to their duties, such as Hand Decontamination Policy, Personal Protective Equipment Policy, safe procedures for using aseptic techniques and safe disposal of sharps. The Consultant Gynaecologist will be experienced registered Gynaecologist who is on the specialist register, who possess the skills to assess and treat patients within the community. The Consultant Gynaecologist will see a range of patients within the outpatient setting, in which they will need to assess, evaluate and manage patients with minor and moderate complexity gynaecology conditions. The successful post holder may also need to complete clinics that include: Mirena insertion / removal Endometrial biopsy Cervical Cautery (with silver nitrate) Ring/Shelf Pessary insertion/removal Locations: Wolverhampton, BSOL, Dudley, Worcester, Warwickshire, Stoke on Trent "}
