Job Purpose The Patient Pathway Co-ordinator will work within a wider team supporting the divisional services and specialties with all aspects of clinical pathway management. Facilitating the smooth running of the patient pathway by ensuring that there are co-ordinated and streamlined clinically and administrative processes that revolve around the patient and their individual needs, proactively monitoring, liaising with consultants and surgical teams. As this role forms part of a wider team of within elective surgery, there will be an expectation of being able to flexibly work with various specialties as well as undertake a wide range of pathway related duties such as coordination and direct liaison with patients and various teams. Requirements QUALIFICATIONS/SPECIAL TRAINING : NMC Registered Nurse Post graduate qualification or relevant experience Clinical Experience in ENT Teaching and mentoring qualification or equivalent experience Non-medical prescribing certificate Experience Post registration experience in ENT Experience of teaching in practice Experience of planning, delivering and evaluating education programs. Job Type: Part-time Pay: £44,000.00-£55,000.00 per year Expected hours: 30 per week"}
