We are looking for flexible and hardworking individuals with good organisational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors and colleagues. Experience in a care setting is preferable but not essential as full training and support to provide excellent patient care to our patients, support will be provided by the Practice Educator in conjunction with the experienced ward teams and our inhouse Learning and Development Team We provide Rehabilitation and Step down Nursing care for patients within the Pennine Lancashire footprint. We are looking to recruit Health Care Assistants to support us in providing safe personal and effective care. The successful candidates will work alongside the nursing staff to deliver the care for our patients. The post is a rotational post and staff will be expected to cover nights and weekends. We are looking for motivated individuals that thrive in a fast paced environment who aspire to deliver high quality care within a team of innovative professionals where every individual’s contribution is valued. At the centre of our focus is always the patient. You must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. There will be a full ward induction supported by the team of experienced healthcare assistants on the ward under the guidance of the ward manager; in addition opportunities to develop within the role will be available.
