As our Spa Receptionist , you will have great interaction with guests and be professional at all times. You will work well as part of a team and thrive in a fast paced environment. You will have a vital role in ensuring our guests experience is of the highest standard. As the first point of call for our spa guests it is crucial that you are personable and approachable in order to exceed their expectations on a daily basis. To operate the telephones in a professional and friendly manner to comply with the company telephone answering procedures. To have full up to date knowledge of the Spa and its services. To maximize selling opportunities by adding customer value at every opportunity. To complete all items on the daily checklist thoroughly and handover on shift change. To handle any customer complaints promptly and professionally demonstrating genuine care and concern. To carry out administration duties relative to front of house.
