The prison site is currently under construction and Practice Plus Group were recently awarded the healthcare contract to begin delivering services in April 2025. This is a rare opportunity to be part of a new healthcare team from the inception of a brand new prison site. Salary This position is full time, youll receive an annual salary of between £26,775 and £30,660 per annum - depending on experience. How will we support you? As a Patient Engagement Lead, your responsibilities will vary. You will: Be responsible for the improvement and stability of patient engagement activities and patient satisfaction. Act as a point of contact and respond to patient engagement enquires from staff, external partners and patients Be responsible for the oversight and management of the health champion peer support model, including the delivery of Health Champion training across the region. Ensure statutory and organisational requirements are met, that patient engagement activities are conducted frequently across all sites with timely evaluations and feedback/recommendations are communicated with patients, staff and external partners.
