Prior project management experience, with examples of having thought outside of the box to create dynamic and innovative ways of working. Prior people management experience. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in data analysis and supply chain management software/tools Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions. Prior experience within a similar role, with a passion to innovate and deliver.
