Reporting – SOE, finance reports as per the accountants’ instructions. Organising and supporting staff development and training. Driving the business forward by identifying areas of growth, pursuing innovative and creative ideas to propel the organisation forwards. Supporting with HR activities including, but not limited to, new employee onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, meeting and greeting candidates etc. General practice support including patient management. Leading by example and acting as a role model to the wider team to enable their growth, experience and development in their roles.
