The Borough has undergone transformation leading to the implementation of universal and targeted teams that are aligned to family hubs and the wider early help programme. The inner boroughs are a great place to work as you will experience the full spectrum of need from the least to the most affluent giving you a wide range of public health experience. The division is serviced by 20 TFL stations and 5 cross county/country stations that will help you commute and support work-related travel. You will have the opportunity to work across areas such as Portobello Road and Nottinghill Gate. To provide a skilled, effective and evidence based health visiting service to clients in a variety of community settings. To work in collaboration with other health care and service providers to ensure seamless delivery of services for clients and communities. To collaborate with team colleagues to deliver the Quality Strategy objectives. To collaborate and deliver an integrated service delivery in partnership with the Family Hubs and our partners which will improve access and health outcomes for children and their families.
