We are a friendly and enthusiastic team with 6 GP Partners, Physician Associates, Nurses and HCAs. Applications are welcome from qualified and newly qualified Clinical Pharmacists. The successful candidate will have direct contact with patients, taking medical histories, carrying out physical examinations, updating records, making diagnoses, analysing test results, undertaking home visit, and delivering treatment.
