We will provide career development opportunities to enhance your practice, knowledge and skills both internally and externally. We also will be working on the Transitional Care ward based within the postnatal ward on a rotational basis as an extended role in our service to provide continuity of care and encourage parental bonding whilst reducing length of hospital stay for Term babies. To be successful, you will possess excellent organizational, communication and team working skills, and the ability to deliver high quality holistic care with an emphasis on working in partnership with children and their families. The post holder will provide support to members of the team and carries responsibility for the assessment of care needs, the development, implementation and evaluation of programme of care and setting standards.
