Situated in the heart of the City, in the former Midland Bank headquarters, The Ned houses Ned’s Club, a private members’ space, gym and rooftop, alongside a public spa, ten restaurants and bars and 250 hotel bedrooms. What will you be doing? You will creating a welcoming and relaxing environment for our members and spa guests You will use your exceptional knowledge and passion for our products to advise guests and members about the treatments and services available You will schedule treatments and services, accommodating guest preferences and therapist availability You will maintain our various systems and reports along with daily admin duties.
