This particular role will be working within our developing inpatient wards. We are looking for a motivated and resourceful individual to join our growing team. You should possess commitment to team working and innovative delivery of excellent standards of work. We are a supportive, competent, and caring team. We aim to provide high quality administrative support services to the team to improve the safety, health and well-being of the people within our area. We will ensure that you have access to internal opportunities for development with access to supervision and appraisal. The successful applicant will be expected to provide a comprehensive administration service for the clinical team and Consultants including minute taking, typing of correspondence and compiling data for patient flow. The applicant will also be expected to be able to organise and prioritise their own workload on a daily basis to ensure that time deadlines are met and that urgent work is accommodated. This is a varied role and can be demanding at times whilst supporting the clinical team. The applicant will also be expected to provide cross cover for administration colleagues as and when required. CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
