We're looking for a talented, highly motivated sales professional who will be responsible for driving Stryker's Resuscitation business across the South UK. Physio-Control was acquired by Stryker in 2016 and is the world leader in defibrillators and mechanical CPR, manufacturing innovative and lifesaving tools for lifesaving teams. You will be working as part of a high calibre, performance driven sales team, who share a strong belief in helping our customers improve patient care through the use of our products and services. What you will be doing : Developing an effective territory sales strategy to maintain existing business, with a huge focus on identifying and developing new sales opportunities within the Critical Care environments of our hospital partners. Delivering annual sales target as well as other key performance objectives Building strong relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders in the NHS or private medical sector; these include resuscitation specialists, KOLs, biomedical engineers, nursing staff as well as procurement and finance professionals Conducting product demonstrations and training for clinical staff Reporting on your sales activities on a regular basis Attending and participating in key professional congresses and events Maintaining and acquiring new product, technology, market knowledge Experience Proven track record of success in sales within the NHS (desired) or in other industries, preferably capital sales Experience in customer acquisition and shows the ability to seek new business Ability to build long-term, successful relationships both internally and externally Presentation skills Knowledge of Cardiac Resuscitation (desirable, not essential) Must live within the defined territory, this is a field-based sales role, therefore involves a significant amount of travel Competencies Excellent organisation & planning skills Strong communicator Excellent relationship builder Confident presenter Passion for technology Driven to succeed Strong demonstration of building and driving new business Strong integrity Negotiating skills Service orientated Strategic thinker Collaborative thinker Travel Percentage: 90%"}
