The Community Nursing Service in North & West Cardiff Locality is currently offering career opportunities for qualified nurses within Primary Community Intermediate Care (PCIC) Clinical Board. We are looking to recruit to the Ely District Nurse Team. If you are keen to enhance your personal and professional development whilst making a real difference to patients, we would love to hear from you. There are extensive learning and development opportunities for all nurses within the service, including specialist community nursing qualifications, advanced practitioner, wound and palliative care qualifications, with training up to and including Masters Level. As a service we work closely with other community services and our colleagues in University Hospital of Wales, University Hospital Llandough and Locality based community hospitals, the local authority and voluntary sector, to ensure that our patients receive the best possible care including the development of new and integrated working models which offers opportunities for diverse and innovative new roles.
