Due to the nature of this role, you will need to have a valid UK driving licence and access to a car you can use for work purposes We are seeking a compassionate nursing associate to complement our skill mix within our Neighbourhood nursing team, supporting with the provision of holistic, person centred care as delegated within your level of agreed competency, to patients, families/carers in their own homes. The service runs from 7am-7pm 365 days a year. You will be expected to work flexibly across the Neighbourhood nursing service. The role encompasses treatment, advice and teaching within the professional competence of the post holder and applicants need to demonstrate a commitment to the provision of high-quality evidence-based care. You will demonstrate an awareness of current evidence-based approaches to patient care and will be actively involved in the development of local strategies and contribute to service improvement and redesign.
