Embrace change and deliver world-class care with us Main duties of the job Provide an expert level of nursing practice for Paediatric diabetes, using advanced skills, to shape and develop high quality Paediatric diabetes service across the trust. Design, develop and co-ordinate all aspects of the Management of Diabetes Course (MCDC) in collaboration with Birmingham City University and the diabetes MDT. Support the co-ordination of the Diabetes Nursing team, including nursing staff management and planning for service delivery. Promote excellence in nursing practice through the delivery of advanced nursing care to children and their families. Participate as part of the MDT in facilitating educational programmes for other Trust wide professionals.
