Weigh patients on admission and weekly thereafter depending on medical condition. To help patients to look after themselves and maintain their personal hygiene. To wash and bath the medically unwell patient, in bed or in the bathroom. To promote independence in well patients. To care for patient’s mouths, hair, nails, feet, and pressure areas.
