You will need to be a dynamic and forward thinking Registered Nurse with the ability to influence change and implement improvements in patient care. In return we will help guide you, teach you new skills and knowledge of being a senior team member. Abington is a 28 bedded medical ward. We work well as a team, involving our medical colleagues and support staff within the MDT . Meet clinical objectives as agreed separately with the Ward Manager/ Matron. Provide clinical nursing expertise and supervision of all grades of staff within the ward, to ensure a high standard of care. To undertake audits within the ward regarding all aspects of care (QCI, A+A, IPC etc) Northampton General Hospital is one of the largest employers in the area and we are on an exciting journey.
