This involves working within a busy reception area, dealing with a large volume of telephone calls received and moving and handling and electronic tracking of patient case notes on a daily basis. You will also be required to update activity within our electronic Patient Administration System appropriately, whilst providing administrative and clerical support to the Senior Charge Nurse(s) and team(s) with general clerical duties relating to day-to-day Ward/Department administration. Relevant admin / clerical and reception experience is required, as is the ability to prioritise and deal with the day-to-day workload in a busy Health Service environment. A level of English language competency and communication skills necessary to perform this role safely and effectively is required. Please note the salary for this post is pro rata to part time hours.
