Its is essential that applicants already have experience of working with children & young people and/or working within mental health community provisions To support the delivery and provision of 1 to 1 interventions and facilitate groups in the 0-18 CYPMHS team to the children and young people of Wirral. The young people will be presenting with mental health issues which significantly impact upon their day to day functioning. To work as part of the wider and multi-disciplinary service, providing clinical and clerical support in various settings under the supervision The post requires information and computer technology skills. CWP provides health and care services for local people, including mental health, learning disability, community physical health and all-age disability care – including the provision of three GP surgeries.
