The successful candidates will need to demonstrate excellent communication skills; ability to manage a caseload of patients with enduring mental health needs; a good understanding of these needs, a sound knowledge base, and the ability to work autonomously and under pressure. The candidate must be proficient with information technology. Good interpersonal skills are essential for the role. The Trust is committed to providing high quality integrated health and social care for local people with mental health problems in South West London and more specialist mental health services for people throughout the UK. You will need to be committed, knowledgeable and creative at working through challenges in order for clients to receive excellent quality care. Preferred Skills Previous experience of management is preferred however, transferable clinical and managerial skills will be seriously considered.
