The Royal Free NHS Foundation Trust has the largest NHS decontamination facility in the UK, which is based in Enfield. It has been identified that due to the needs of the service we require an Endoscopy Decontamination Technician for our Monday to Friday 14:00 to 22:00 shift. You will receive an enhancement in pay for working unsociable hours. The hours are 37.5 a week but flexibility is a must for this role. The unit has the capacity to process 14 million surgical instruments and 140,000 flexible endoscopes a year and we provide a service to NHS and Private Hospitals. You will be a valued member of the team assisting our clinical colleagues by providing them with decontaminated flexible endoscopes to enable them to care for patients. Your role will be to assist in the day-to-day reprocessing of flexible endoscopes required for clinical use. Technicians are required to follow demonstrated training and work instructions to ensure production is to a high standard. "}
