Main duties of the job The post holder will be expected to undertake all aspects of the role identified in the job description and meet the requirements of the person specification. The role will involve delivering person centred care to the patients on the ward. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks such as care planning and implementation, risk assessment, physical health assessment, liaising with the wider MDT, participating in ward rounds and fulfilling the role of named nurse.
